My tech was Gustavo Ramos. On time- bright and early- nice gentleman. Got the job done pretty quickly. A bit more than... I expected to pay but otherwise a great experience. I live in San Tan and I often get told I am “very far” therefore finding contractors for repairs is a bit difficult (I am new in town.) Gustavo and Travis repaired my outdoor lighting that would not turn on. I received a 45 minute heads up before they... arrived. A review of the necessary repair was done and options presented. I elected to have the repair done then. The whole process only took an hour and a half to get my outdoor lights working again. I had done some googling of what went wrong and Gustavo was very helpful in explaining specifically what was happening so I could feel safe and comfortable with the current status of our backyard lighting. In October of 2019, we had a new sub panel installed in our condo along with new wiring from the stove to the panel.... Required walls being torn out and redone as well as a complicated wiring system because the condos were built on the 1950’s.Today, I need Fox electric to come back out for a realtor question. I had Fox Valley Electric come out to check a light fixture that was no working. I had previously called a different... company that told me I had power to the unit, which wasn't true. They did a terrible job and I needed someone else to come out and take a look. Lloyd came out and was very professional. He confirmed that there was no power to the unit and provided me with several options on what could be done to fix it.I would highly recommend Fox Valley Electric. Great experience! Lost power to range. Called Fox Electric. Lloyd Ferguson came out to review the issue and provided... an estimate. He came back a few days later and found/fixed the problem as well as addressed a few other of my light/switches that weren’t working. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up the space (had to cut holes in the drywall to find the issue). Very pleased and will use Fox and Lloyd again. Thanks!read more

I would never recommend Fox Valley..I waited 3 weeks for an appointment and the night before I get informed that a... particular tech is now not available so I would either have to have another electrician come out or reschedule. I agreed to another electrician to come out the next morning at 7am. Than on the morning of the appointment at 630am I get a call that the electrician was running behind and wont be there until 9am. Than at 830 am I get another call that they have to reschedule for another day. So much for a 3 week appointment. now I'm left scrambling to find someone else. So disappointed considering all the great reviews.read more

He was able to fix the vast majority of the problems within the initial visit! My initial service call was missed by Fox Valley and I had to call for them to reschedule. They did send Lloyd... Ferguson out and he found the fairly simple issue that had taken down my kitchen lighting (a wire in a switch). He cheerfully and quickly addressed the matter and checked out the remaining switches and the garage door opener. !!!Pls READ before Scheduling an Appointment!!!I found this company on Google, so I called in to schedule an... appointment and I was told they charge flat rate and there will be a $75 troubleshooting fee that includes fixing easy problems, or they would give me a cost estimate if the problem is hard to fix.The next day, one technician came and said I must choose one of the options (in the picture below) to start, if not, he won't do anything and I have to pay him $75 for being here. I said that was not what I've been told, and he called back to his company and the girl on the phone said there is a misunderstanding, I have to choose one option to start.Wait, wait, wait! Why nobody mentioned that I have to do a multiple choice before it starts? Why I have to pay $75 just for the technician to be at my place? Am I inviting Elizabeth II? Actually, I am pretty sure there is no misunderstanding, all the phone calls was recorded and they should have the recordings. What they are trying to do is just fool people around and charge more money.To save my time and let the it start, I chose the cheapest option and paid $259. It took about 1 hr 20 mins in total.If you're rich and don't even care about money, please ignore what I said. Otherwise, you'd better BE CAREFUL!!read more

Today I had a chandelier installed by one of the friendliest and most professional electricians I have had the pleasure... to work with. Not only that, but everyone I have worked with at Fox Valley Electric have been super pleasant and helpful! Not only was the chandelier needing to be hung and wired, but due to poor workmanship from previous occupants, new wiring had to be ran to a new switch (which Jon Neely installed one with a sliding dimmer!!) and existing recessed can lighting needed to be moved to one switch (previously one switch operated 1/2 the room and the second one the other 1/2) Anyway, please do yourself a favor and work with this company, there is a very clear reason why they have a solid 5* reputation!read more
