I needed an outdoor Ring light installed and power added from an existing power source. Lloyd Ferguson was very professional and efficient. He made sure the motion detector light fixture was positioned to my liking. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was functioning properly through the Ring app. I definitely recommend.

My tech was Gustavo Ramos. On time- bright and early- nice gentleman. Got the job done pretty quickly. A bit more than I expected to pay but otherwise a great experience. I live in San Tan and I often get told I am “very far” therefore finding contractors for repairs is a bit difficult (I am new in town.) I appreciate Fox Valley coming out despite the distance and most likely will be using them in again in the future.

Gustavo and Travis repaired my outdoor lighting that would not turn on. I received a 45 minute heads up before they arrived. A review of the necessary repair was done and options presented. I elected to have the repair done then. The whole process only took an hour and a half to get my outdoor lights working again. I had done some googling of what went wrong and Gustavo was very helpful in explaining specifically what was happening so I could feel safe and comfortable with the current status of our backyard lighting. Would recommend and use again.

In October of 2019, we had a new sub panel installed in our condo along with new wiring from the stove to the panel. Required walls being torn out and redone as well as a complicated wiring system because the condos were built on the 1950’s.Today, I need Fox electric to come back out for a realtor question. Lloyd Ferguson was the tech and he was awesome!! Repaired our challenges he and was able to help us common folk understand the lingo needed for our inspection.He was great and very willing to fix what we needed as well as take photos with explanation.Thanks Lloyd and Fox Electric!! I had Fox Valley Electric come out to check a light fixture that was no working. I had previously called a different company that told me I had power to the unit, which wasn't true. They did a terrible job and I needed someone else to come out and take a look. Lloyd came out and was very professional. He confirmed that there was no power to the unit and provided me with several options on what could be done to fix it.I would highly recommend Fox Valley Electric. They arrived sooner than expected and worked quickly to address the issue. If you do contact them, ask for Lloyd!

Gustavo and Todd were highly professional and did a fantastic job hanging my new light fixture. Fox Electric is timely, communicates very well, and did this work for a great price. I also want to give a special thanks to Gustavo who put the fixture together for me at no additional charge and waited on me while I ran to get light bulbs at Home Depot after the install. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. This team is clearly high quality and can't recommend them more.

Great experience! Lost power to range. Called Fox Electric. Lloyd Ferguson came out to review the issue and provided an estimate. He came back a few days later and found/fixed the problem as well as addressed a few other of my light/switches that weren’t working. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up the space (had to cut holes in the drywall to find the issue). Very pleased and will use Fox and Lloyd again. Thanks!

I was having some issues with a few lights and their switches, Lloyd came out and gave me a couple options as far as repairing my current switches and fixtures and options of new ones. I would never recommend Fox Valley..I waited 3 weeks for an appointment and the night before I get informed that a particular tech is now not available so I would either have to have another electrician come out or reschedule. I agreed to another electrician to come out the next morning at 7am. Than on the morning of the appointment at 630am I get a call that the electrician was running behind and wont be there until 9am. Than at 830 am I get another call that they have to reschedule for another day. So much for a 3 week appointment. now I'm left scrambling to find someone else. So disappointed considering all the great reviews.

Lloyd Ferguson was amazing! He came immediately when we were concerned about a possible fire from an overheated GFI outlet and replaced it right away. We definitely recommend Fox Valley Electric. They were also $50 cheaper for the ER call than the first Electrician group we called. We will call them back for some non-emergency electrical items we want to get completed.

I had Gilbert out to my dental office for a quote, he was RIGHT on time, very professional and had 20-30 years experience. He was much more competent than the other two bids I received and his price was WAY less. I can’t say enough good about him individually as well as Fox. I called with MULTIPLE electrical problems and they sent over the most professional, generous, proficient technician within the hour! He was able to fix the vast majority of the problems within the initial visit! Unfortunately, we have a bit more going on with our circuit breaker, but he will be back out in a few days to make my home whole again! Yesterday Lloyd Ferguson from Fox Valley Electric installed new lights in my bathroom. I am very happy with the work that was done and with Lloyd. Lloyd texted me in the morning to let me know when he was going to arrive at my home, and he was early. We was very quick with the install and it was of the highest quality.Lloyd also follow-up with me today again to make sure everything was satisfactory.I will be using Fox Valley Electric for all my future needs.

First time using this company and had a great experience. Used them for an inspection my breaker box and a garage outlet for electric vehicle charging/Tesla compatibility standards. Lloyd, my service technician was professional and answered all of my questions.Additionally they use a service that will show you when the technician is on their way and where they are. This was the first time our company used Fox Valley Electric as a sub-contractor, and we were extremely impressed. My initial service call was missed by Fox Valley and I had to call for them to reschedule. They did send Lloyd Ferguson out and he found the fairly simple issue that had taken down my kitchen lighting (a wire in a switch). He cheerfully and quickly addressed the matter and checked out the remaining switches and the garage door opener. He did apologize for the initial service call miss and more than made it up in his service.

!!!Pls READ before Scheduling an Appointment!!!I found this company on Google, so I called in to schedule an appointment and I was told they charge flat rate and there will be a $75 troubleshooting fee that includes fixing easy problems, or they would give me a cost estimate if the problem is hard to fix.The next day, one technician came and said I must choose one of the options (in the picture below) to start, if not, he won't do anything and I have to pay him $75 for being here. I said that was not what I've been told, and he called back to his company and the girl on the phone said there is a misunderstanding, I have to choose one option to start.Wait, wait, wait! Why nobody mentioned that I have to do a multiple choice before it starts? Why I have to pay $75 just for the technician to be at my place? Am I inviting Elizabeth II? Actually, I am pretty sure there is no misunderstanding, all the phone calls was recorded and they should have the recordings. What they are trying to do is just fool people around and charge more money.To save my time and let the it start, I chose the cheapest option and paid $259. It took about 1 hr 20 mins in total.If you're rich and don't even care about money, please ignore what I said. Otherwise, you'd better BE CAREFUL!!

Lloyd Ferguson came to my house to do an estimate to add some lights to the front and side and some other electrical things I need to have completed. He was very professional upon arrival and throughout the entire visit. He was able to come earlier than the original appointment, which worked out in my favor and I had the electrical quote in less than 15 minutes. Lloyd listened to what I wanted to do and was able to answer all of my questions very throughly.

We had Ryan Miller come to our home and repair 2 ceiling fans. He did an awesome job figuring out one that hasn't worked in 15 years! We had an emergency today July 6 2019, and was greeted by very nice lady Dana on the phone. We explained to her what our challenge was, and she quoted the pricing for a service call and explained all details entailed. Explained that there would be an electrician out today. We were given the app to follow the eta of when he would arrive. Ryan, our technician arrived and provided the utmost courteous , professional services and fixed it right away! Today I had a chandelier installed by one of the friendliest and most professional electricians I have had the pleasure to work with. Not only that, but everyone I have worked with at Fox Valley Electric have been super pleasant and helpful! Not only was the chandelier needing to be hung and wired, but due to poor workmanship from previous occupants, new wiring had to be ran to a new switch (which Jon Neely installed one with a sliding dimmer!!) and existing recessed can lighting needed to be moved to one switch (previously one switch operated 1/2 the room and the second one the other 1/2) Anyway, please do yourself a favor and work with this company, there is a very clear reason why they have a solid 5* reputation!
